What is a credit?

A credit is the unit of your monthly allowance. Simple jobs (a standard ad image) cost a little; bigger jobs (video, 4K, Arabic-headline posters) cost more, and every job shows its credit cost before you run it.

Do limits reset monthly?

Yes — your included allowance resets each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Overage top-ups never expire.

What happens when I hit the limit?

A soft cap: you're prompted to add a top-up pack or upgrade a tier. You're never hard-blocked mid-campaign without warning; a hard cap is configurable per workspace.

Can I switch plans or add seats?

Anytime; changes prorate through Stripe.

Agencies — how does client billing work?

Each client gets an isolated workspace with its own Brand Kit and its own subscription/usage; bill it to the client or to the agency, tracked per client and per member.

Is Arabic supported?

The whole product works in Arabic (RTL) — UI, brand voice, and Arabic text/calligraphy rendered inside generated creative.
